Supporting a number of athletes in various sporting disciplines, from kart racing to boxing to football, at junior and semi professional levels, gives me an incredible range of experience.
Engaging with athletes on a one-to-one basis, or with coaches and parents, my approach is consistently professional, performing pre-programme and post-programme fitness progression checks and target setting.
